It has many features that make it extremely good for use,it offers a one window solution that provides all of the user data on a single page. It offers flexible layouts and can be viewed on almost every platform available be it mobile,PC,laptops which provides a comprehensive analysis of the data at your finger tips.Its out of the box predictive modelling provide a extremely good base to build upon which provide useful insight to the user data that allows to take better marketing decision that in turns increases the profits. What do you dislike about Manthan Customer360?

There are not many flaws in the Customer 360 systems. I find it to be very competitive among the analytics tools available but the it would be helpful if the user guides were basically video guides so that viewing the problems and training would be easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
