What do you like best about Uptima?

We have had an extremely positive experience with ManofIT. They are truly subject matter experts on BigMachines and the overall CPQ process. Their advice has been spot on throughout our implementation. If ever an issue came up, it was resolved immediately. Overall, they were also just wonderful to work with from beginning to end. What do you dislike about Uptima?

We had such a positive experience that it is hard to come up with a negative. I guess I would have to say the time difference was a bit challenging since the beginning of our day was the end of theirs. But even with that time change they still seemed very accommodating to our schedule for calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Uptima:
