What do you like best about Manhattan Active Point of Sale?

Solid technical knowledge of Maitre'D, 24/7 support that helped with late night batch issues to get money in the bank. Also helped with pulling camera footage to catch thieves/vandals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Manhattan Active Point of Sale:

Very knowledgeable staff will help you design menus/reports/etc. Manhattan POS also has staff with extensive restaurant management experience that can be leveraged to help in the overall planning process. End to end integrated solutions for cameras, POS, liquor tracking, etc. is also offered -- everything ties together, which is very cool. For example, when playing back camera footage, you can see a text overlay of items entered into the POS system, or see how much liquor is being poured. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Manhattan Active Point of Sale solving and how is that benefiting you?

Easy to learn/use POS system with sophisticated reporting and employee performance tracking. Maitre'D's dashboard allowed aggregation of multiple stores (franchise) for a complete view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
