What I like best about S Mango Practice Management is how it simplifies day to day operational tasks in a single platform. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, which makes scheduling, patient management, and billing much more organized. I also like that it reduces manual work and helps keep records easily accessible, improving overall workflow efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Mango Practice Management?**

One thing that could be improved is the reporting and customization options, as some advanced configurations may feel limited depending on specific business needs. There can also be a slight learning curve during the initial setup for new users who are not familiar with practice management systems.

**What problems is Mango Practice Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

S Mango Practice Management helps solve the problem of handling multiple operational tasks manually, such as scheduling, billing, and record management. By centralizing everything into one system, it improves efficiency, reduces administrative workload, and helps maintain better organization. For me, it saves time, improves coordination, and makes daily operations smoother.

**What do you like best about Mango Practice Management?**

The problem of organizing appointments, patient records, insurance procedures, documentation, and coordination with other employees through separate systems becomes particularly evident in developing healthcare organizations. As far as Mango Practice Management goes, it helped to organize all the mentioned activities in an efficient workflow.

For me personally, one of the most valuable features is the ability to organize and manage the workflow and schedule of patients easily and without the necessity of performing additional administrative procedures. It increased operational efficiency greatly in the areas of front office and administration.

From the user experience standpoint, I can say that Mango Practice Management has an intuitive interface compared to traditional healthcare management software. It is easy to navigate from one menu to another, from schedule to billing, patient data, etc.

**What do you dislike about Mango Practice Management?**

From the point of view of user interface/user experience (UI/UX), the system is relatively easy to use, yet some workflow features, specifically related to reports and advanced customizations, can seem slightly outdated in comparison with the newer generation of web-based healthcare solutions. The more complex the operation becomes, the more configurability and flexibility become desirable.

The next limitation that I have identified is associated with the integration capability of the platform. Specifically, while it is good at addressing the most basic practice management issues, advanced interoperability with other health care systems is not always possible without some additional efforts. This problem can be addressed by increasing the flexibility of integrations with various tools used by healthcare companies.

Overall performance is satisfactory for normal conditions; however, it could sometimes become slow during processing of a higher amount of requests at once.

Concerning price and return on investment (ROI), it should be admitted that the platform offers sufficient value for small and medium businesses but will hardly satisfy large-scale enterprises' needs.

**What problems is Mango Practice Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Mango Practice Management system is assisting me in tackling the most significant operational challenges that exist in health care administration. This involves improving the overall patient workflow process, which includes scheduling, billing, documentation, and communication.

Prior to adopting the use of this platform, most operational functions existed in silos involving different methods of handling various tasks including spreadsheets, phone calls, disconnected scheduling systems, manual reminders, and even different billing processes. This resulted in administrative inefficiencies, increased likelihood of mistakes while scheduling appointments, and lack of visibility in terms of patient operations.

One of the most significant advantages I have experienced in adopting the platform is increased operational efficiency regarding patient scheduling and coordination.

What I like best about Mango Practice Management is how it keeps everything organized in one place. Managing client information, appointments, documents, and daily tasks is much more efficient because the system is easy to navigate and the features work well together. It has helped reduce the time spent searching for information and has made it easier to stay on top of deadlines and case activity. The straightforward design also makes it easy for new users to learn, which helps the entire team become productive more quickly.

**What do you dislike about Mango Practice Management?**

One area where Mango Practice Management could improve is the level of customization available for reports and workflows. While the standard features meet most day-to-day needs, there are times when creating more tailored reports or adjusting processes to fit specific preferences would be helpful.

I appreciate how Mango Practice Management aids in fast track client intake and management. I find the customer profile and payroll reports particularly valuable, as they help organize customer information and projects, and aid in managing payroll and taxes efficiently. The platform promotes easy access to information for my clients, which is a significant advantage. Also, the initial setup of Mango Practice Management was very user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Mango Practice Management?**

Buffing and slow response times in the AI chatbot feature. When asking for help throughout the platform, the AI bot has scripts that limit its ability to provide adequate help.

**What problems is Mango Practice Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Mango Practice Management for fast track client intake and management. It boosts payroll management efficiency and facilitates easy access to customer information and projects.

I have not experienced any bugs that interrupt productivity with this platform it has been very resourceful for handling multiple client projects.

Easy to use, low learning curve, cloud based.

**What do you dislike about Mango Practice Management?**

Tech support is not very convenient for west coast customers. Also, tech support is not available after hours or on weekends.  We have had the system go down on late Friday afternoon and wasn't fixed until Monday morning.  This hasn't happened in over a year.

**What problems is Mango Practice Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We like sending client invoices by email with a link to receive electronic payments.
