Manch helps organizations to reimagine traditional business processes and extend a Digital Ecosystem for External Stakeholder Management (ESM). A plug-and-play digital platform, Manch complements ERP/CRM software of a business, using zero-coding to configure very complex business processes in a very short period of time. What entails is a seamless digital ecosystem which offers quick onboardings, lifecycle management, master data management and authentication of data at source. We fill the gap in the interaction of businesses - engaging with a large volume of external stakeholders, having paper-based, rules-driven transactions and workflows, compliance and risk needs in such engagement. **What do you like best about Manch?**

Apart from user friendly UI, its capability of validating statutory details through Govt APIs has improved accuracies and lead to higher compliances. Also, has been instrumental in improving productivities across workflow.

**What do you dislike about Manch?**

Interface with SAP was one. However, pleased that this obstacle is overcome recently.

**What problems is Manch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has become single MDM solution for us over a period of time solving multiple problems majorly around customer and vendor onboarding and subsequently helped leverage for other masters like, material master, production execution masters, finance masters and transport management masters.
