What do you like best about Manago AI?

What I like most about Manago AI is its audience segmentation and marketing automation capabilities. They make it much easier to build targeted campaigns. We can create segments based on customer behavior and purchase history, which helps us deliver more relevant communication.

I also like the intuitive campaign builder and the ability to automate customer journeys, saving a significant amount of manual work.

What do you dislike about Manago AI?

Manago AI helps us automate marketing communication, manage audience segmentation, and create more personalized campaigns. It reduces manual work, allows us to better target users based on their behavior, and helps us deliver more relevant messages.
