What do you like best about Manago AI?

What I value most is the intuitive newsletter builder - it's clean but still packed with features, so you can put together polished campaigns quickly. A good sign of how easy it is to use: a non-technical colleague picked up the platform without any trouble, even though I'm the one from IT who handles it day to day. The integration with our store works well and unifies customer data into a single profile, and whenever an issue comes up, support helps resolve it quickly. Automations and mailings run reliably and handle our sending volumes without problems. For the range of features you get, it's been a solid investment that has saved us a lot of manual work. The AI-based send-time optimization is also useful, helping pick the best moment to send a newsletter. What do you dislike about Manago AI?

With such a feature-rich platform, the interface can feel a bit overwhelming at first, and some of the more advanced configurations aren't always intuitive - it takes a bit of time to find your way around everything. A few settings could be more self-explanatory, so at the start it helps to lean on the support team. Once you get familiar with it, though, it becomes much easier. What problems is Manago AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

SALESmanago lets us run our entire email marketing from one place and automate repetitive tasks we used to do manually, which saves us a lot of time. It brings customer data from different channels into a single profile, so we can segment our audience and target newsletters much more precisely instead of sending the same message to everyone.
