We use Vulnerability Manager Plus to scan forty endpoints for vulnerabilities and misconfigurations from one console. What I like the most is the simple dashboard that shows what needs to be fixed first and the link, to patching, which allows us to fix issues from the same place. It was simple to set up and use. Initial setup does take some time to get used to. Setting up scanners defining patch policies and building remediation workflows can be complex, at first. Sometimes the scans flag issues that aren’t problems those false positives need to be checked by hand. When it comes to deploying patches the tool doesn’t always work perfectly. There are times when updates get stuck or fail. While support is available it would help if they reached out more often especially through email and chat instead of waiting for us to ask.
