The platform is solid but custom reporting seems a little limited. Complex audit views often require building out SQL queries manually rather than just drag and drop building. We also sometimes get false positives in CVE detection that we need to manually check against endpoint logs to slow down our triage workflow. Some zero day vulnerabilities also do not have automated scripts for remediation and need manual intervention. Better built-in report customization, more accuracy in AI detection to cut down on false alerts and updating some of the older UI/UX would make the whole experience much more smooth.
