"Saves Time with Automated, Centralized Patch Management"

What do you like best about ManageEngine Patch Manager Plus?

Honestly, the best thing for me is how much time it saves. Before using Patch Manager Plus, patching was kind of a headache — checking updates, pushing them manually, and making sure nothing breaks. Now it’s mostly automated, so I don’t have to constantly worry about it.

I also like that it handles both Windows updates and third‑party apps in one place. Earlier, we had to depend on different methods for different software, which was messy. Now everything is centralized, which makes life way easier.

Another thing I really appreciate is the control it gives. We can test patches first, schedule deployments, and roll them out step by step instead of everything at once. That really helps avoid surprises in production. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ManageEngine Patch Manager Plus?

One thing I’ve noticed is that the UI can feel a bit outdated and cluttered at times. It’s not terrible, but when you're trying to find something quickly, it can take a few extra clicks compared to more modern tools.

Another small issue is that patch deployment can occasionally feel slow, especially when handling larger environments or multiple machines at once. It works, but sometimes you have to be patient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ManageEngine Patch Manager Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?

One big problem it solved is delayed patching. Earlier, updates used to get postponed or missed due to workload, which increased security risks. With automation and scheduling, patches are now deployed on time without constant manual follow‑up.
