If you try to build something like CIS level 1 controls for MacOS/iOS it is almoust implossible without building custom profiles with external tools. Customer support is terrible and useless. Durning expluatation period we have a lot of bug, such as no correctly reported of encriptions devices for MacOS and Windows whic leads to manual work and additional verification, for Android devices often Serial number wasn't detected and reported which makes tracking device much harder. **What problems is ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?** We tryed to solve security problem, such as enforce CIS controls, but failed due to limited functionality, so we switched to another solution. ### 10.
