"Powerful Self-Healing Monitoring, Held Back by a Dated UI"
4/5
What do you like best about ManageEngine Applications Manager?

I like the threshold alerts and automated remediation. I can configure multi-tier thresholds for warning versus critical levels, so we get notified before a resource bottleneck affects end users. Combining threshold alerts with automated remediation moves our operations from reactive firefighting to self-healing. I also found the core console setup and basic monitor discovery quick and intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ManageEngine Applications Manager?

I find the console UI dated, and it can be slow to navigate when I’m managing a high volume of assets. Setting up granular alerts takes significant initial effort to prevent alert fatigue. I’d also like a cleaner, more modern reporting workflow, lighter backend resource consumption, and smoother, more automated software upgrades that minimize risk during build updates.
