What do you like best about ManageEngine ADManager Plus?

While ManageEngine Plus has a clean user interface with logical flow, what I like best is its reporting. It does a great job of slicing and dicing information from Active Directory and giving me multiple ways to make it useful and clean. It's my go-to for auditing of AD and providing reports. What do you dislike about ManageEngine ADManager Plus?

The least helpful thing can be the upgrades. While they aren’t difficult, they sometimes involve multiple steps, and it’s not always as simple as clicking next, next, finish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ManageEngine ADManager Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have a requirement to provide auditable reporting of my users, groups from Active Directory, and Manage Engine makes this simple. Additionally, it does a great job of allowing me to update and change in bulk information. Lastly, it really gives me peace of mind with its optional Backup feature. I have used it multiple times to restore accounts and settings of users the helpdesk has accidentally deleted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
