I like that I can bulk update or create users in AD. Running reports on the domain is also super easy and helpful, and I appreciate the automation ADManager can handle once you figure out how to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One thing I dislike is that when creating custom reports, the report is only visible to the person who created it unless it’s shared, and there isn’t a mass-share option. On top of that, if you create a large number of custom reports, the UI doesn’t adjust properly—reports can overflow their containers, and it can sometimes be difficult to select the report you want.
