The features are robust and well thought out, allowing for efficient contract management from start to finish. Malbek's professional support team is incredibly response and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or troubleshooting. Key Features That I Like Best: o Accelerating Contract Drafting Velocity o Proprietary AI features allow legal to quickly compare previous contracts for preferred positions and drive strategic business outcomes o Insert pre-approved language and swap clauses easily o Centralized Communication o Enhanced Visibility o Seamless Salesforce Integration (legal teams can live in the native Malbek platform while sales can live in Salesforce. One area for improvement is the ability to control users security settings on an as needed basis for individual contracts or documents. Legal will no longer be seen as a bottleneck or cost center.
