What do you like best about Maki?

Maki is a true lever of efficiency in our recruitment process. The platform offers a wide variety of tests, fully customizable, which allows us to evaluate candidates in a detailed and tailored manner to our specific needs. The interface is smooth, intuitive, and designed to offer an excellent experience for both recruiters and candidates. The results are accessible in real-time, which facilitates quick decision-making and visibility for candidates. The Maki team stands out for its availability, responsiveness, and its approach of continuous co-construction. What do you dislike about Maki?

The solution is very comprehensive, but like any platform in constant evolution, some advanced features could still be enhanced (for example, additional filters in the analysis of results directly from the ATS). What problems is Maki solving and how is that benefiting you?

Maki allows us to address several key challenges in junior recruitment. First, it helps us gain operational efficiency by automating part of the candidate evaluation process, saving us valuable time in sorting and pre-selection. With customizable tests, we can tailor evaluations to the skills actually required for each position, while ensuring a smooth, fair, and engaging candidate experience.

The platform is also a lever to enhance objectivity in our decisions, relying on concrete and comparable data. It thus helps reduce biases and improve the quality of recruitment. The seamless integration with our ATS (SmartRecruiters) allows for centralized and uninterrupted candidate journey tracking.
