"Streamlined Community Events with a Clean, Branded Organization Portal"

What do you like best about MakeMyPass?

It supports community organization and multi-event hosting really well. Managing a dedicated organization portal like our Friends of Figma Kozhikode page lets us present past, live, and upcoming meetups, design connects, and flagship conferences in one place, all under a clean and consistent brand presence. The ticketing flow, along with automated participant communications, removes a lot of manual overhead so we can stay focused on delivering great community experiences. What do you dislike about MakeMyPass?

The web platform is responsive and runs smoothly on mobile browsers, but the lack of a dedicated native mobile app is a minor drawback. A standalone iOS/Android app would make on-the-go organizer tasks even faster and more convenient for event teams on site, especially things like quick access to live attendee check-in dashboards, push notifications for real-time updates, and quick ticket scanning. What problems is MakeMyPass solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using MakeMyPass, managing recurring community meetups meant constantly rebuilding event pages, manually sending updates, and juggling ticketing perks across different tools. MakeMyPass solves that fragmented workflow by offering an easy-to-use, all-in-one platform built for recurring events.

Setting up and running repeat meetups now takes minimal effort, which saves us hours of setup time. We also get a lot of flexibility through deep customization, with full control over custom tickets, branded email templates, discount rules, and perk management. On top of that, the automation is genuinely useful: automated email communications keep attendees informed with timely updates, without us having to do manual follow-ups.

Overall, the platform feels intuitive and straightforward. And on the rare occasions we need help, their customer support team has been exceptionally responsive and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
