  ### 1. Simple Setup, Customizable Forms, Needs Better Slack Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about MakeForms?**

I really appreciate MakeForms for keeping our process Pipeda compliant, which is crucial for our operations. I also love the ability to customize a form and the convenience that our donors don't need to log in to fill them out. It really simplifies the user experience. The fact that we switched to MakeForms for Canadian data storage speaks volumes about our trust in the platform. Moreover, the initial setup was so simple, which made the transition smooth and quick for our team.

**What do you dislike about MakeForms?**

The integrations with Slack. I haven't been able to set it up successfully.

**What problems is MakeForms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use MakeForms to keep track of incoming milk donations. It keeps our process PIPEDA compliant and allows us to compile data from many different sources.

  ### 2. One of the best form makers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ankush C. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about MakeForms?**

MakeForms is easy to get started and offers all the standard question types. One of the most powerful features is to capture multiple answers for a single question, e.g. all details of all laptops you own. You can also capture responses from different sources like Ads, website, etc. easily

**What do you dislike about MakeForms?**

For spam protection they have in-built captcha. It will be great if we could have the flexibility to remove it for short duration of time for a form. Helpful when I am capturing responses in a live FGD kind of a session.

**What problems is MakeForms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use MakeForms for multiple reasons, quiz, assessments, assignments, or just gathering data for analysis and study.

  ### 3. Best software form ever

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gary B. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about MakeForms?**

Been using Makeforms ever since I heard about them and the support I was given along the way was awesome. It is very easy to use and doesn't take much time to take it from production to live and getting the results in. The features that are put in are unlimited if you put your mind into it and know what you're doing.

**What do you dislike about MakeForms?**

Currently the only downside is possibly not enough integrations with accounting software, but it can be managed with other methods of integrations anyways

**What problems is MakeForms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MakeForms has replaced our outdated paper-based processes, eliminating data entry errors and delays. With mobile forms and real-time syncing, our field teams can capture accurate inspection and audit data on-site and instantly share it with the office. As a result, we’ve cut reporting time by over 50%, improved compliance tracking, and made faster, data-driven decisions.

  ### 4. Super useful tool!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about MakeForms?**

Make forms is like an alternative to other form apps that are expensive and clunky.
My personal goal for using Make Forms is for client prequalification which makes this app more than enough for me.
But of course there are other tools yet that I havnt explored in this app that's definitely useful.

**What do you dislike about MakeForms?**

None. So far I got all that i need for the use case i need to focus on.

**What problems is MakeForms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This solves client prequalification process without giving the clients a scare of filling out crazy long forms since this has a one-at-a-time feature.

  ### 5. Makeforms - Review by Abhishek

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abhishek B. | Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 04, 2025

**What do you like best about MakeForms?**

What I like best about MakeForms is how it combines professional design, strong security, and intelligent automation in one clean platform. Unlike most form builders that focus only on looks or simplicity, MakeForms feels built for real business use — it’s secure (HIPAA, GDPR compliant), lets me fully customize branding, and supports advanced features like conditional logic, approval workflows, and one-question-at-a-time layouts. The ability to embed forms directly into emails or websites makes data collection effortless for users, and the built-in dashboards help me track responses and performance without exporting data elsewhere. Overall, it gives me a powerful, flexible, and privacy-first way to collect and manage information — something most other tools don’t do as elegantly.

**What do you dislike about MakeForms?**

Nothing at the moment that I can think of right now

**What problems is MakeForms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MakeForms is solving the problem of secure, customizable, and automated data collection — something most traditional form builders struggle with. Earlier, I had to juggle multiple tools for creating forms, collecting responses, ensuring compliance, and managing approvals. With MakeForms, all of that happens in one place. It ensures data privacy and compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, SOC2), so I can confidently collect sensitive information without worrying about breaches. Its conditional logic and workflow automation eliminate repetitive manual work — for example, responses can trigger approvals, emails, or routing to specific team members automatically. The custom branding and domain options help me maintain a professional image, while the analytics dashboard makes it easy to track performance and response trends. Overall, MakeForms benefits me by saving time, reducing risk, and delivering a seamless, branded experience for both my team and our respondents.

  ### 8. The best Form Builder

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luca P. | Chief Operations Officer DEQUA Studio | Formerly CTO in MarTech, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2024

**What do you like best about MakeForms?**

- Multiple possibilities: contact form, job application, survey, quiz...
- You can mix Triggers and Workflows
- Enterprise Level Security and Compliance
- AI integration
- Drag and drop builder
- Built-in CRM with data views
- UI: clean and clear

**What do you dislike about MakeForms?**

- No cons, for my use everything is perfect

**What problems is MakeForms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to handle everything that requires external input: bug system for softwares, resumes from Linkedin, requesting reviews, receiving texts and especially payments.
Being able to manage everything from one tool is very convenient, we speed up a lot of tasks that would take much more time.

  ### 9. Great Value, High Submissions, Quick Load Times

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Omar S. | Sr Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2024

**What do you like best about MakeForms?**

First, the value is excellent. With 5,000 submissions for just $29 a month, it’s affordable for handling high volumes without breaking the bank. I also noticed it loads quickly when embedded on my site, which keeps things running smoothly for visitors – a big plus for user experience.

Another feature I liked is the verified submissions option. Initially, I was hesitant since it adds an extra step for users, but it didn’t reduce the number of quality submissions. It actually helped filter out irrelevant ones, which is a nice bonus.

The storage is generous too; 10GB on the base plan is more than enough for my needs, especially when collecting file uploads. Finally, the user interface is simple and easy to work with.

**What do you dislike about MakeForms?**

The integration options feel limited. There are connections with automation tools like Zapier, but I’d prefer not to spend extra on Zapier just to connect with my other tools. Expanding direct integrations would make things much easier.

**What problems is MakeForms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MakeForms has been ideal for collecting customer feedback, contact submissions, and running subscriber surveys. It keeps all my data organized and easy to review, making it simple to gather insights and respond effectively.

  ### 10. Best no code builder

Unique features like security options and HIPAA compliance are not only comprehensive but also cost-effective compared to other solutions.
Customer support is responsive and easy to contact, providing timely assistance.
The user interface is clean and straightforward, making it easy to create and implement forms quickly and efficiently.

**What do you dislike about MakeForms?**

UI clean and clearThe entire tool does come with a bit of a learning curve, which means it might take some time to fully grasp all of its features.

**What problems is MakeForms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MakeForms solves the problem of creating customized, secure, and compliant forms without the complexity often associated with other tools. It provides an all-in-one solution for building forms that are not only feature-rich but also adhere to important standards like HIPAA and GDPR, making it ideal for users who need both functionality and regulatory compliance.
