## Make Reviews
 ### 1. Integromat just connects everything

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Krasimir T. | Manager, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2021

**What do you like best about Make?**

Integromat lets me connect completely different products and services and create workflows as if they are built to work together. For example, when I receive order in PrestaShop, Integromat can automatically recreate the order in my order ERP system built with Podio. Or when I publish a new product on my PrestaShop online store, Integromat lets me automatically create a blog post about it in WordPress, publish it on Facebook and then publish it on Instagram. With Integromat, I can also integrate Podio and SendInBlue so I can send emails on different events in Podio, like when a user subscribes, and send them an email thru SendInBlue and also track the email events, like open, view, click - directly in Podio. The phone integration is also awesome - you can log all your calls and messages in another system bor backup or just for easier reference.
The workflow builder in Integromat is amazingly flexible and provides excellent flexibility. You don't need to have an IT degree to use it to its best. You can create branches, loops, and all kinds of workflows.
I started Integromat as a free user but then gradually upgraded my plan because the more I use it, the more valuable ways to use it I find.
The integrations in Integromat save me a lot of time, which saves me money!

**What do you dislike about Make?**

Sometimes I can't find an integration for a specific service.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integromat lets me integrate completely separate services I am using on a daily basis and automates my work. This saves me a lot of time and prevents me from forgetting or delaying a task - it just does it automatically on the fly.

 ### 2. Straightforward, Flexible Automations with Make That Exceed Expectations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Susanna K. | Business Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Make?**

The interface is inviting and does a good job of guiding the user. The pricing is beginner-friendly and transparent, and the allowed usage feels generous. The number of connections a user can make is broad, which gives you plenty of flexibility. You can also debug scenarios and quickly see what needs to be done and where, and saving a scenario has become much more user-friendly.
I love the community sessions that Make provides and get inspired from those.
You are able to use varied LLM's and can evaluate which one to use on what task.
Scenario folders are great and I should rememeber use those more.
Overall Make is straightforward to use and outcome is almost always exceeding expectations.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

Something I would find useful is place to document choices. Notes in Modules are great, but they are scattered

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Make helps resolve bottlenecks, whether those bottlenecks come from human behavior or from technical aspects.

**Official Response from Marketing Ops Make:**

> Hello Susanna,

Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us. We're thrilled to hear that you find our interface inviting and user-friendly.

Regarding your feedback about the Notes in modules, we would love to hear more about your experience and ideas on improving the feature. Feel free to share them with us in the Community or in our Idea Exchange so we can address your input!

Thank you,

 ### 3. Great Automation Tool, But Scenario Organization Needs Work

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victoria K. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Make?**

Ease of use. I also like that there is an academy portal to learn more about make. The price of the plan I have is reasonable ($10/month).

**What do you dislike about Make?**

1. Missing integrations for some key platforms I use.
2. The only way to organize scenarios is via folders . There is no way to create subfolders or organize scenarios via tags, etc. This is one of main issues I have with make.com (together with item #1).
3. There is no way to search datastore via UI. The only way to find something is by going page-to-page.
4. Affiliation payouts minim are way too high.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Make helps me automate repetitive tasks, connect the tools I use, and reduce manual work. I use it for workflows involving calendars, QuickBooks Online, Google Drive, email, and spreadsheets. It helps me solve operational problems as I identify them and create more efficient processes for my business and clients.

**Official Response from Marketing Ops Make:**

> Hey Victoria,

Thank you for your detailed feedback, we're glad that you find Make easy to use! I've shared your ideas and thoughts internally with the team so we can investigate these further and improve the experience.

 ### 4. Make.com Is Great for Sketching Complex REST API Workflows

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charles W. | Automations Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Make?**

I really like it. These days, i'm often sketching out complex REST API workflows inot make.com, and rebasing them into google services at a later time.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

I think it's incredibly annoying that when I click on certain make.com module outputs, the renderer will crash my browser because the payload is too big. We're talking about text here, i'm not sure why a 10,000, 20,000 or een 20,000,000 character block of text would be crashing my browser. This only happens in make.com.

Additionally, very large and complex scenarios with lots of modules will struggle to run/render on even strong machines. That seems silly to me. There's some kind of baseline processing inefficicney there that makes no sense.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We offer clients services on make.com, to allow us to quickly build solutions for them, or prototype items for them before building them into more complex and performant systems like Google Cloud Services etc...

 ### 5. Make Connects Platforms and Bridges the Gaps of Incomplete Functionality

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Guy R. | IT, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Make?**

Big canvas to see all your ideas as you build out your scenario with color coded module. Lots of integrations built in and the ability to use APIs for more advanced functions. Works quickly and able to see runs animated through the process. Pricing is reasonable although appears to be increasing. Support appears to be non-existent taking days to respond when I tried to ask Make AI how to use the date functions and it gave me completely bogus information and kept referring to third party modules that required additional account rather than Make's own date functions. AI appears to have improved. Overall Make works well but I wonder if n8n would work better.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

Sometimes I just need to ask a question to a human that knows how to do something and I think the cheaper plans do not include any support.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Make fills the gap when platforms are incomplete. We are connecting several modules to just do what our CRM should already be able to do. We also have scenarios that make some of our emails and calls easier for staff to digest by splitting up those conversations into smaller pieces which has been helpful.

 ### 6. Make Does Everything We Need - Easy to Use, Great UI, and Simple Monitoring

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael M. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Make?**

It does anything I want it too. So far I have found no limitations in what I've been able to do with Make, and have been able to move everything to Make instead of using various tools

**What do you dislike about Make?**

Honestly, nothing at all. It's easy to use, the UI is really good and it's easy to monitor usage. If there was one thing I would change it would be the default frequency of the scenario running when you activate the scenario, as if you forget to change it it can use a lot of credits.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Make for automating a lot of heavy reports from Bullhorn. I also use it to populate my own CRM with fresh data, remove duplicates and a host of other really useful things that wouldn't get done if the process was manual.

**Official Response from Marketing Ops Make:**

> Hello Michael,

Thank you for the positive review. We're glad that you're satisfied with Make and that it meets all your needs. Your feedback about the default frequency for scenario running is absolutely valid. Thank you for sharing it with us.

 ### 7. Effortless to Use with Great Connection Options

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lars Ulrik M. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Make?**

I like how easy it is to use, and I appreciate the connection possibilities.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

The most annoying part is that triggers can’t fire immediately like they do in Zapier—for example, when an email is received. Instead, I have to use mailhooks, which is frustrating. I’d really like to see triggers run right away when an email enters a specific folder in Outlook, or when a new row is added to a spreadsheet. As it is now, it’s quite annoying.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Make helps me with data analysis, answering emails, and running some of my software in the background.

Most of the time, I use it for my customers as a user-friendly way to connect their platforms and work with enriched data.

**Official Response from Marketing Ops Make:**

> Hey Lars,

Thank you for the feedback. Make supports two types of triggers: polling (they check for new data at regular intervals rather than responding immediately) and instant triggers - webhooks (which execute flows immediately after receiving data from a remote server). We understand your frustration with using the mailhook instead of a classic module. Please feel free to log your suggestion to our Idea Exchange board so our Product team can review this suggestion.

 ### 8. Easy to Use, Flexible, and Integration-Rich but could use some work on Data/Documentation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Logan B. | Community Development Manager & Dealflow Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Make?**

Ease of use and simplicity are great factors. The user interface is friendly, and there are a wide variety of integrations, particularly for the core functionalities I need. I would say that the troubleshooting is pretty decent as well. You can make this product as technical or un-technical as you'd like. LOTS of integrations and a really good Community forum.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

The error reporting is a bit technical... You have to either look up the issues or learn how to read the technical output.

Some credit usage is a little ambiguous (particularly for AI modules).

Credit use data... you can only view a month's previous data/credit usage. This can be troublesome when you are on pro or non-enterprise plans and you need to "budget" your credits. I can't see what previous month's usages have been.

Lastly, base documentation is decent but could be way more robust. Especially for the various integrations. It's alright.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm generally using it to create automated communications drafting, automate our Monday board operations and updates, and a few other operations related components. I'm using some AI modules to make smarter decisions or as a "flexible" module that can do really fun or dynamic things. Basically it's helping with Admin+Ops, and Communications... takes a lot of busy, redundant work out of my team's hands.

I've deployed it in limited instances for marketing communications as well. Obviously, it's strength is in integrations... you need other tools.

 ### 9. Exceptional No-Code Automations with Powerful AI and API Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zoltan H. | Business Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Make?**

The visual, no-code interface makes it easy to build complex automations connecting AI tools, email, and external APIs. The flexibility to integrate Claude AI, Gmail, Google Sheets, and Telegram in one workflow is exceptional. Great value for businesses wanting to automate without coding.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

The learning curve is quite steep for beginners. Setting up complex scenarios with API connections and JSON parsing requires patience and technical knowledge. Better onboarding tutorials and clearer error messages would significantly improve the experience.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Make.com helps me automate email triage, AI-powered responses, and trading alerts across my dental practice and beauty salon. It saves hours of manual work weekly by connecting Gmail, Claude AI, Telegram, and Google Sheets in automated workflows — tasks that would otherwise require a dedicated employee.

**Official Response from Marketing Ops Make:**

> Hey Zoltan,

Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Make.

We appreciate your feedback on the learning curve, and we are committed to enhancing our onboarding process and error messaging for a smoother user experience. If you have any specific ideas on the gaps, let us know via a ticket with our Customer Care team or in the Make Community.

 ### 10. Visual No-Code Automation That Makes Complex Workflows Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adrien P. | Responsable des Opérations et Service Client, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Make?**

Make stands out for its visual, no-code approach to automation. Creating complex, multi-step workflows feels genuinely accessible even without a development background, and the drag-and-drop interface keeps the logic easy to understand and maintain over time. It connects reliably with most tools in our stack and supports conditional logic, filters, and data transformation in a way that would otherwise require custom development. Overall, it’s a real productivity lever for operations teams.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

The learning curve for the more advanced features (error handling, iterators, aggregators) can feel steep at first. The documentation is generally adequate, but it sometimes lacks concrete examples for edge cases. Still, these are minor friction points once you get through the initial setup and start working with it more regularly.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Make automates repetitive, cross-tool workflows that would otherwise require manual intervention or custom development resources. It saves our operations team a significant amount of time on data syncing, notifications, and process triggers between platforms, so we can focus on higher-value tasks without having to rely on engineering support.
