What do you like best about Maisa?

We use its decision engine and cognitive extraction workflows to derive precise logic from the complex business documents, policy files, and contracts we receive every day. This has fully automated our multi-stage review process and increased our file-processing speed fourfold. The interface is intuitive and responsive, so even non-technical teams can adjust rules without friction. We’ve also found the real-time hallucination detection and audit trail features unexpectedly useful, since they flag incorrect decisions or outlier data before anything gets processed. On top of that, integration with our existing data pipelines and API endpoints was seamless, which enabled our team to get the system live within just a few days of onboarding. What do you dislike about Maisa?

During initial workflow testing, I noticed that running batch simulations on very large datasets can take a bit too long, so improving the speed in this area would be beneficial. What problems is Maisa solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously, we spent a significant amount of time manually reviewing unstructured client documents and complex policy guidelines in order to make decisions. With Maisa, we can now translate those complex rules directly into automated execution. As a result, our case approval and verification cycle has been reduced from 48 hours to just 2 hours. This shift has brought human error in decision-making down to near-zero levels and has saved analysts in back-office operations roughly 60% of their weekly time. These meaningful time and resource savings have also enabled us to scale our overall processes, and the investment in the tool was fully recovered within the first 90 days.
