What do you like best about MaintainX?

The inspection forms can be created in a variety of ways - from existing templates to custom designed from scratch. Customer design is highly intuitive and flexible. I've examined other inspection tools - nothing comes close to the ease of use of MaintainX!

Customer service is fantastic and highly accessible. A friendly and highly competent support team (not bots!) is available 24/7 via chat. For conceptual or setup, best practices, an account manager is eager to assist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MaintainX?

No downsides - for service providers, the platform had not had a true "customer" module, but that feature has been recently introduced. MaintainX are continuing to develop the platform and are very responsive to user feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MaintainX solving and how is that benefiting you?
