"Everything for cold mailing in one place: domain, DNS, warming up, and campaigns"
5/5
What do you like best about Mailuj?

Everything is in one place: domain registration, DNS configuration (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), mailbox warming, and campaign sending. I didn't have to touch any DNS panel or configure a mail server. It was enough to provide the domain name, pay, and after a few minutes, the mailbox started warming up on its own.

I particularly like the lead verification; the system checks each address with three methods before sending an email, which greatly helps in maintaining a good sender reputation. The interface is in Polish, which is rare for cold mailing tools as most competitors are English-language products without localization.

For someone who wants to get into cold emailing without technical knowledge of SMTP or DNS, this is the fastest start I know. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailuj?

Warming up a domain takes several weeks; it's not the platform's fault (that's how email works), but it's worth knowing that you won't be able to send a campaign immediately after registration. You need to be patient.

There is a lack of integration with CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive) and automations (Zapier, Make); leads have to be imported manually via CSV. For smaller operations, this is sufficient, but at a larger scale, I missed the synchronization.

The platform is relatively new, so the knowledge base and the number of available video tutorials are still limited. Support is operational, but the documentation is under construction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
