Customer service is top notch They don't seem to have an AI chatbot which gives me a bit of a bad conscience because i'm asking so many questions. But they keep replying and actually helping me out with all of my issues immediately. With other providers i sometimes had to wait for days if i even got a reply. Mailpool is incredible in terms of customer service Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pricing is a bit high in comparison to other providers :( It's worth it for us though Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
