What do you like best about mailpaser.io?

Mailparser allows me to combine multiple lead sources into a single channel on my CRM or spreadsheets so that I can further analyze them. It's really incredible how Mailparser helps to automate this process and save my company and my clients time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about mailpaser.io?

Since Mailparser is based outside of the US (in France, I believe), my automatic billing sometimes gets marked as fraud. It's a simple fix with just a quick call to my bank, but it can get annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering mailpaser.io:

It can be a bit confusing at times, but stay with it. You should create a different inbox/template for each source (ie. Invoice template from company A; Lead template from company A; Invoice template from company B; Lead template from company B; etc.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is mailpaser.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mailparser allows us to cut out the organizational middle-man. We have leads coming into our email from multiple sources. We set up a template for each source, and Mailparser automatically pulls pertinent data from each lead email. We're then able to automatically send that data to wherever we want via Mailparser's integration options, such as through Zapier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
