I don't have much to compare it to, though. I have not used any other email archiving software but I imagine they all work about the same. **What do you dislike about MailMeter?** There is nothing that I dislike about MailMeter. Pricing is competitive and overall use of ease is satisfactory. **What problems is MailMeter solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps storage space. ### 2. Best Email archiving application. **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2022 **What do you like best about MailMeter?** It has a great Email archiving feature's where we can recover data from up to 7 years after its deletion have been using since year without any problem and solving all my problems with Office 365. **What do you dislike about MailMeter?** Its UI can be improved a little and can be available for beginner's as well. **What problems is MailMeter solving and how is that benefiting you?** Everyone from every department uses office 365 and we do delete thousands of emails in a month or so which are auto-triggered in our production environment which we don't find relevant that time but later that email saves our project in some folder, we delete all email to make space for new emails to come in , In that process, we lose those emails then we simply use mail meter to see the deleted email with request and use advance search and download or tag that email. ### 3. I had to search for Email Auditing over the Google to finally find this tool. **What problems is MailMeter solving and how is that benefiting you?** Another is difficulty for beginners to the Email auditing practical. The good thing is that, the documentation is available on the website itself and support for the beginners to pick it up themselves. ### 4. Security concerns **What problems is MailMeter solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used MailMeter to solve our problem of archiving important emails and their attached files. It is elementary to store mail and take backup with it.
