What do you like best about Mailhorn?

Solid for managing multiple ESPs and great support at this price point. I was managing around 2 million contacts and performance was good. Segmentation was powerful, no doubt integration with aws ses and smtp.com was great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailhorn?

When we got onboarded, they didn’t have API support, but they provided it within a few weeks. So there’s not much to dislike. That said, an AI-generated summary of the deliverability reports would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mailhorn solving and how is that benefiting you?

We need to try multiple ESPs given the nature of our lead generation business, and Mailhorn was perfect for us. Also, Mailhorn didn’t charge per contact, which helped us keep costs under control.
