What do you like best about MailCleanup?

What I like most is that it is pretty straightforward to use. We can upload an email list and get it checked without going through a complicated setup. The different verification checks are useful for finding invalid, duplicate, disposable, and potentially risky addresses. The results also come back fairly quickly, which is helpful when we need to clean a list before using it. I also like the pay-as-you-go pricing because we don't have to take on another monthly subscription. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailCleanup?

The main thing I think could be better is the lack of a dashboard or account where we can see previous checks and usage. The current process works fine, especially for occasional use, but if you are cleaning lists regularly, it would be nice to have some history and better list management. What problems is MailCleanup solving and how is that benefiting you?

It saves us the hassle of manually going through email lists and trying to figure out which addresses are still usable. We can run the list through MailCleanup and identify invalid, duplicate, disposable, and other questionable addresses before using it.
