The flexibility of the tool to tailor it to the specific needs of a specific campaign is fantastic. I can create a CRM upload-ready csv of the data within the tool streamlining backend IT processes. The map overlays allow me to filter and sort the data by relevant layers and allow me to do in-app evaluations of properties via satellite data.

The MAIA AI interface tool is helpful, succinct, and factual. Perhaps most useful is the ability to save a "skill" and apply that to other projects, meaning I don't have to build the parameters from the ground-up with every jurisdiction.
