What I like best about Magora is that they genuinely listen and take the time to understand what I am trying to create.
ELLI® is a very personal project to me and there are a lot of small details that matter. Magora have never made me feel that those details are unimportant. If something does not feel right, I can raise it, explain why, and the team will work through it with me.
They have been patient, responsive and very collaborative throughout the whole project. I also really value the fact that they are not just focused on completing a list of development tasks. They care about how the finished product looks, feels and works for the person using it.
For me, that level of understanding and collaboration has made a huge difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is very little I can genuinely say I dislike about Magora.
If I had to identify one challenge, it would probably be that on a project as detailed as ELLI® there have been times when things have needed several rounds of discussion and refinement before they felt completely right. However, I think that is more a reflection of the complexity of the product and how particular I am about the user experience than a criticism of Magora.
What matters to me is that when I raise something, the team listen, respond and work with me to get it right. I have never felt that I could not question something or ask for a change, which is incredibly important to me as a founder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
