What do you like best about Magento 2 Order Attributes?

We are using this order attribute to ask for the delivery date from the customer. Because our business is based on tourist customers, some customers will request to deliver it within a day, so we will arrange it. So I feel it is good for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Magento 2 Order Attributes?

If we use a custom order attribute, we need to check it after every Magento 2 upgrade. And some paid extensions not giving proper support and upgrade. We need to maintain the extension up to date based on the Magento 2 version. I dislike this. If Magento 2 is providing this feature, there is no issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Magento 2 Order Attributes solving and how is that benefiting you?
