What do you like best about Maestra?

Support from the account management team is unmatched, and they consistently help ensure we’re successful in both our day-to-day operations and when taking on large new initiatives. The Maestra team is quick to propose solutions and to address bigger, more in-depth business needs, bringing strong knowledge across technical, marketing, and operational areas. It’s also easy to see performance gains in integrations, email, SMS, and automations through their analytics, and the team continues to improve the platform’s technical capabilities to further support our business. What do you dislike about Maestra?

Some of the technical features in Maestra’s products can feel cumbersome. However, with the level of support we receive, it’s never really an issue. Beyond the email and SMS builder, certain quality features aren’t easy to spot, understand, or use in a way that lets us fully benefit from them. In practice, getting the most out of Maestra depends on the account management support, since they can identify solutions and optimizations that aren’t otherwise easy to find. What problems is Maestra solving and how is that benefiting you?

There is a seamless integration across our website, email, and (in-progress) our app; that did not exist before. This means that personalization for our customers continues to succeed and achieve revenue goals; and we've implemented major strategic changes to our marketing channels that are because of Maestra's technical capabilities.
