The white glove service has been the biggest factor in a smooth transition, especially for automation builds and website personalization. Pricing came out ahead of what we were paying with our previous ESP. (email only) The standout for us has been the fact that we were able to sync Maestra data into Claude and now run a weekly report that combines it with Shopify data, surfacing insights we didn't have visibility into before. There's still room to bring more AI directly into the platform itself, particularly prompt-based campaign creation and NL segment generation. On integrations, Maestra covered everything we needed, though setup took longer than other major ESPs that connect out of the box with common ecommerce stacks like Shopify's. Their support team more than made up for it: they handled the bulk of the implementation work themselves. What problems is Maestra solving and how is that benefiting you? The biggest benefit has been the level of support. Our Maestra CSM effectively works as a member of our team, not just an account manager. They help with pretty much everything we need, from troubleshooting flows to building out new automations, with the one exception being our weekly broadcast campaigns, which we design and build in-house.
