"Centralized Content That Saves Hours and Speeds Up Publishing"

What do you like best about MadCap Syndicate?

Syndicate centralizes content into one repository and distributes it everywhere - this is my favorite part! As as the eLearning Developer, this saves me countless hours of updating content into various locations. One of the upsides is the faster publishing time for trainings and updates. What do you dislike about MadCap Syndicate?

The hardest part was the learning curve at the beginning. The training was vital and if we hadn't had that it would have taken too much time to learn all of the nuances. The initial configuration with our VM was also difficult - time to get everyone on a single sign on, etc. was a bit frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MadCap Syndicate solving and how is that benefiting you?

I see Xyleme Syndicate solving the problem of having training content scattered across multiple systems by giving us a single, centralized source of truth where everything is stored and managed. This benefits us because I can trust that I’m always working with the most current version of the content and don’t waste time tracking files down.

I notice that it addresses the issue of duplicate work by allowing us to reuse content components instead of recreating them for every course. This benefits us because I can build faster, reduce redundancy, and spend more time focusing on quality rather than rebuilding similar materials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
