  ### 1. End Test Maintenance Headaches with mabl

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** saifuddin s. | Project Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about mabl?**

mabl is AI-driven test automation platform that handles end-to-end testing with minimal maintenance using self-healing tests. It’s best when you want fast CI/CD releases without spending time constantly fixing broken test scripts.

**What do you dislike about mabl?**

Less flexibility for highly custom workflows

**What problems is mabl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

mabl is solving the core problem of manual-heavy testing

  ### 2. Overly Complicated, Slows Down Processes

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Greg C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2026

**What do you like best about mabl?**

Nothing to share.

**What do you dislike about mabl?**

It quickly became painfully hard and long to set-up and run their automated QA solution. Mabl was supposed to save our team time on QA. It ended up draining more bandwidth than it was worth just setting up the QA testing which often didn't work as expected. When it did work, it took so long to run that it slowed down our entire development process. This is not a fast, custom QA solution. It is a highly priced, overly complicated solution that actually slows teams down. The initial setup was very difficult.

**What problems is mabl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nothing to share.

  ### 3. Codeless Testing with Gen AI and Easy Record & Play

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Airlines/Aviation | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about mabl?**

Codeless tool and it has Gen AI features
Record and play

**What do you dislike about mabl?**

I can’t link multiple rows from a data table within a single test case.

**What problems is mabl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time Saving and easy to capture

  ### 4. Mabl from perspective of SDET

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wojciech W. | Test Development Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2024

**What do you like best about mabl?**

Great UX design makes an introduction to this tool smooth. I didn't have the same incline, as with similar tools, where I just wanted to abandon it and do everything via scripting. Also, UI is closely connected in all test types, making it way faster to learn, I don't need to relearn everything when I switch from Web Testing to Native Mobile.

**What do you dislike about mabl?**

Right now, Mabl lacks the coverage of desktop applications, which can be a bottleneck for some companies. Also, I would love to see more AI features incorporated into reporting.

**What problems is mabl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's really great in building good communcation bridge between businness and technical teams, by lowering the complexity of test development and managing. People with business knowledge are less scared of such solutions. It also helped me introduce Manual Testers into Test Automation.

  ### 5. Great, complete and easy option for Low code automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alina S. | Mentora, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2024

**What do you like best about mabl?**

I've been using mabl every day for a year now, and it's been a game changer for our automation processes. Setting up and implementing systems from scratch is pretty easy, as well as working with different integrations. One of the standout features for me is the ability to reuse flows and snippets, which has saved me a ton of time and effort.
mabl University is another fantastic resource. It helped me get up to speed quickly. Also, sometimes when you run into those unique cases where the documentation just doesn't have the answer, the support team at mabl has always come through for me. They respond quickly and provide great and clear solutions.

**What do you dislike about mabl?**

While mabl has been fantastic overall, there are occasional minor glitches in the interface scrolling between some steps. However, these are rare and don't significantly impact usability. The team is always quick to address any issues that arise

**What problems is mabl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The creation and maintenance of tests using flows has significantly reduced the time and effort required to set up and manage testing processes.
It's easy to see test coverage and status at a glance, giving me a quick understanding of our testing progress in seconds. This makes it a great tool for planning next steps with the team
I've had more time to focus on other important tasks

  ### 6. Automation done right

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2024

**What do you like best about mabl?**

Ease of Use & Able to quickly Create/Update the tests.

**What do you dislike about mabl?**

I have never used Mabl for API Testing as we can't manipulate API Responses. (I am not sure if this has been achieved yet or not)
Also, we can't set an auto trigger for a plan to run against a specific Branch.
We can't have Nested loops.

**What problems is mabl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MABL is helping us to create the tests pretty quickly, So we can Create/Update the tests ASAP.

  ### 8. Mabl review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

Mabl helps me to create and maintain e2e test suite in a very simple way.

  ### 9. Mabl makes my life easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2024

**What do you like best about mabl?**

When we first started using mabl, we only had 2 Quality Engineers writing all of our tests. Myself and a colleague were trying to not only stay on top of new feature work, we were also trying to backfill years of test coverage. With just the two of us writing tests in code was long and arduous process.

Once mabl was introduced to the team, everyone on the QA team was able to add to our regression test suite. We serriously ramped up coverage in a way that would not have been possible without mabl's low code training options. And the ability to add custom Javascript meant that our other Quality Engineer and I could still implement advanced test steps and helper functions that could be shared for everyone's use.

I could sing a lot more praises for the product itself, but I think the thing that truly set mabl apart when we were evaluating new tools was their people. Everyone we've talked to (customer support, engineers, product managers, marketing, C-suite) has just been fantastic to work with. We've been working with mabl for several years now and their people somehow just get more fantastic everytime we talk.

**What do you dislike about mabl?**

This is a required field so I have to write something, but I have no complaints!

**What problems is mabl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

mabl has helped us vastly increase our automated testing coverage by democratizing the test creation process

  ### 10. Automation Made Easy

  ### 15. SaaS Automation solution for Agile teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Greg G. | Manager, Quality Assurance, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2022

**What do you like best about mabl?**

Easy to implement and deploy across teams.

Solid documentation with examples and excellent support from mabl engineering and Product.
Multi-browser support, API testing, Postman collection imports, and end-to-end automation. of complex user flows.
No infrastructure maintenance and low code solution that even the marketing team can use.
Good ROI compared to hiring even a single full-time Software Developer in Test.

**What do you dislike about mabl?**

Lack of native mobile test automation support.
Some of the popular test management tools are not integrated (Testrail).
Needs more reporting options and improved security.
Sometimes, cloud executions result in unexpected failures while passing without issues locally.

**What problems is mabl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For Agile development, quick turnaround is crucial in delivering on time and with quality.
mabl enables fast testcase development with auto-healing functionality built-in.
Easy and intuitive visual trainer lets QA engineers create and update testcases in a short amount if time.
Supports multi-tab in browsers, while some other test automation frameworks do not.
Visual comparison and performance statistics are captured during each execution.
Detailed test results include console logs, DOM capture, Network, etc.

  ### 16. Quickly get started on your automation journey

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anne G. | QA Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2022

**What do you like best about mabl?**

The Trainer sits right next to your application while you are creating your tests and allows you to record a user journey. From there you can modify and enhance the test.

**What do you dislike about mabl?**

The mabl documentation could include more specific examples. Also, mabl uses labels to organize tests. It can be confusing and a learning curve. It would be helpful if test and test plans could be organized by applications. Also, it would be helpful to be able to produce detailed reports of test plans and the results of all the tests that were run within a plan.

**What problems is mabl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had old selenium tests and to revive those would have taken months. Using mabl has allowed our team to quickly create functional tests for 2 applications within weeks. With the ability to run parallel tests in a plan we can run performance tests on our applications.

  ### 17. Saves Time and Works well

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cindy S. | Senior Quality Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2021

**What do you like best about mabl?**

That you can run a particular application and record the steps as you go. You also can create tables for redundancies. For example, I needed to test all the available options on a particular screen. Instead of writing a long test, I was able to write a simple test that cycled thru the options in the table. It was simple and made the process very easy. This one test saved me days of manual testing.

With the addition of the Univerity, it is easier for new users to learn how to use Mabl. Plan ahead so that you can easily find your work. For example, begin the name with your project.

**What do you dislike about mabl?**

Sometimes Mabl records the step wrong or simply saves it wrong. You have to record that step again, and it looks the same, and it will work.

There are times when the only test only runs successfully when in a test plan. I am unable to run the test to see if it works.

**Recommendations to others considering mabl:**

Being able to record your steps is extremely valuable. Once this is complete, you can modify it to meet your needs better. If you do have issues, the support team is quick to respond and very helpful.

**What problems is mabl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am manually testing the same thing over and over again. It was taking me almost a week. With Mabl, I reduced it to 2 hours!

I am able to give feedback to the developers sooner.

  ### 18. Strong web test automation tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Gambling & Casinos | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2022

**What do you like best about mabl?**

Good test run features, nice autohealing, and one can start really quick with a record-playback option.
Record-playback also records a lot of element's properties and usually works good. But it is not a silver bullet. If your app is not built testable, it won't help.

**What do you dislike about mabl?**

I'd like to be able to run mobile tests in different browsers as well, not only Chrome.
I'd like to have nested flows (like use a flow inside the flow) and a native integration with Testrail.
and mobile apps testing as well. to cover it all.

**What problems is mabl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

e2e browser test automation and reporting became really easy to start with and on the other hand it has powerful tools of re-using the flows, variables, data tables and JS code snippets.
we are running the e2e browser tests usually and find mabl quite convenient tool.

  ### 19. Powerful tool without the maintenance hassles

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2022

**What do you like best about mabl?**

Easy to use since it's UI based. Easy to configure plans and trigger times to run.

No maintenance on your part other than to update the app. Compared to using open source solutions like protractor, selenium, node.js, and webdriver. There you have to make sure everything is updated and hopefully one update doesn't break the other. Also in order to run our tests, we had to use another 3rd party service like Saucelabs.

It's on the cloud so it's easy to use from different computers. There's no development environment to create locally that can only be accessed from that computer.

Ability to test mobile web.

Error reports are easy to understand. Screenshots and logs can be downloaded.

Tech support is fast to respond to your questions. Usually within 30 mins.

**What do you dislike about mabl?**

Not having the ability to code your test as an option. I previously used Quick Test Pro with another company where that tool had a recording feature that allowed you to modify the source code it generated. You could also start clean and code from scratch using their language. That way you can really control your test to a micro level. That was a positive with using Protractor. You had more control and do not have to rely on if the UI supports what you want to do and how to get to it.

Not a big community for support. With open source solutions there are a lot of users so if you run into a problem or need to find out how to do something, you can search stackoverflow and someone will have an answer.

Mabl auto heal feature can be annoying. Trying to be too smart. It will tell me it auto healed a test even though I did not set it to do so. I have test where I pick a different photo every time the test is run and it will auto heal saying that photo is different from the last time you ran the test.

No option to replay the test that was run. Their results log has each step that was run with a screenshot but sometimes watching how the test ran and failed is easier to understand what went wrong. Saucelabs had this option.

**What problems is mabl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Checking that the site is functioning properly every day.

We use it to run tests before deployment to make sure new changes don't break anything before it's released.

The tool is also great for creating data for test pages. I often get asked if I have a test page with 1000 comments and likes or a group with hundreds of members. To create that test environment manually would take forever. I use Mabl's data table feature to fill in the data I need and run a test that will create what I need.

  ### 20. The test automation platform which actually works and enables anyone to automate tests

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris A. | IT Test Manager / Test Automation Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2022

**What do you like best about mabl?**

This is the most user-friendly testing tool I have ever seen. It is refreshing to see a testing application which truly is intuitive, easy to use, and actually works on pretty much all applications!

**What do you dislike about mabl?**

The pricing model makes it hard to budget for (and thus scale) in large companies. They need a way to cap the executions, so large corporations can easily budget.

**What problems is mabl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

mabl has enabled anyone, regardless of coding experience, to create browser tests across a variety of applications. This has meant that our product owners, manual QAs, and interns have been able to automate tests for over 20 different applications, including applications we were unsuccessfully able to automate tests for in the past while using Selenium.

  ### 21. Simple, efficient, intuitive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lindsay V. | QA engeneer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2022

**What do you like best about mabl?**

Mabl is very intuitive and it's easy to learn the basics to make and maintain tests. I like the support team too, even if I don't often need to interact with them. And a really helpful feature is having captures of each step of a run and a comparison with a baseline.

**What do you dislike about mabl?**

On my website, there are some areas with the current date displayed and at each execution, Mabl warns because of visual changes on this area so I can't use this kind of warning.

**Recommendations to others considering mabl:**

Don't hesitate if you need reliable software for testing.

**What problems is mabl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my company, we principally use Mabl to simulate some users' journeys on our different websites. The tests are automatically launched before each release. We deliver frequently, each week on average, so we need to maintain our tests quickly and Mabl respond exactly to our needs, particularly on this point.

  ### 22. Mabl is great

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David Alexandre B. | Spécialiste en Assurance Qualité Logicielle, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2021

**What do you like best about mabl?**

Mabl is an extremely easy SAS testing system with great value and ROI that is both reliable and well built. It even comes with local installation tools and runners to lower dependence on their cloud executions.
I like that it has a branching system to make sure I can work on updates without breaking the master test suite.
Another great feature is their machine learning and auto-fix system. It can lower the maintenance need for small interface changes (a button that change place for example)
Still, you have to make sure it is well used because it can sometimes identify another component if the one searched is not available. I tend to make sure it's activated only when the component I interact with is unique in the page.
I also like the fact that you can manage to validate emails and PDF files with the included tools.
This being said, I want to say that one of their major hit is their team and support. They are just great at interacting with customers and upgrading their tools according to the requests.
They are realy open to know what improvement can help make their tool better, and they are making sure their development is in line with their customer needs.

**What do you dislike about mabl?**

Well it's a SAS system. If you want to move your test you can ask them to extract them and give them to you, but it would be nice to have the test code synched in our github repos.
Also the branching system is nice, but it does not manage merge conflicts if your master test was updated while working on a branch. It just overites the change, be carefull

**What problems is mabl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have E2E regression suites for our different products and make sure all used path are covered with some Mabl tests.
Mabl often finds regression and prevent them from going in production and we like it a lot (our customer too, but they don't know)

  ### 23. Wonderfully Beginner-Friendly and Stunningly Robust

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh W. | Senior Quality Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2021

**What do you like best about mabl?**

Mabl makes it so easy for QAs without a development background to start scripting automated tests. The trainer is really simple to start using and gives any venturing newcomer almost instant confidence in their ability to record a test. It doesn't stop there, though, because the Mabl team continues building so many higher-level functions beyond that point that, with enough growing courage, a truly interested user can acquire the skills to automate just about anything in their app. It's amazing at not just building better quality on a website, but building more skilled testers.

**What do you dislike about mabl?**

Such a robust tool is never without bugs, and Mabl is no exception. Every now and then, I bump into steps that don't work even though they should—it's just the nature of software.

Can I switch back to something I like, though? Because when I do inevitably bump into those errors, I get to interact with the single most helpful and responsive support team I've ever seen. Any problem I've encountered has been received, verified, reported, resolved with incredible haste.

**Recommendations to others considering mabl:**

Mabl's proper implementation at a larger company requires dedication of time and energy. If (a) you don't have those resources, (b) you don't have a lot to test in your site or application, or (c) you already have dedicated SDETs who can script their own tests now, Mabl may not be as beneficial for you as it is for others. However, if you have a lot of application to test and a core community of manual testers and developers interested in boosting quality and streamlining their path toward it together, I would certainly take the time to look into it. It's changed everything about the way our team tests.

**What problems is mabl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There's the easy answer to this one: we're improving the quality of our applications by finding bugs quicker and more consistently. But I think the more important answer is that Mabl puts more power in the hands of our QAs and offers more potential to integrate our work with that of our developers. Because Mabl lets our black-box QAs script the most-run and most useful tests on our own, we've become more active participants in a part of the development cycle we previously didn't really contribute to. It makes our work more effective and takes some of that burden off our developers, especially with the use of the CLI tool and its integration into our deployment pipeline.

  ### 24. We have experienced a lot of problems with different test outcomes in the Trainer vs the Plan.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food Production | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2022

**What do you like best about mabl?**

Not to have to write Selenium tests for our software

**What do you dislike about mabl?**

Inconsistencies in testing environments

**What problems is mabl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Testing for a small team

  ### 25. Mabl is great for getting quality coverage in a short period of time.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew L. | QA Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2021

**What do you like best about mabl?**

The mabl application is very intuitive and easy to pick up and learn, even for non-technical users. Using the trainer allows for quick test creation, which leads to getting quite a bit of automated coverage in a short time period. The application also allows you to get more technical where you need to; by using selectors, conditionals, and Javascript. The desktop application is easy to navigate and provides a wealth of information informing you at a glance how the tests are running and performing. The auto-healing feature is very useful, making tests more bulletproof and reliable. Support is very responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about mabl?**

The Mabl trainer recorder is, at times, inaccurate with its selections and assertions if there are very similar elements displayed on the screen at the same time (IE rows of information with similar buttons or data). However, these instances can quickly be addressed using a CSS or XPath selector. I would like to see more support of XPATHs when running tests in headless mode.

**Recommendations to others considering mabl:**

If you need to get good quality coverage in a short period of time this is where Mabl excels.
It is easy to get up and running even with non technical users.

**What problems is mabl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating full regression suite, which is allowing QA Engineers to focus on exploratory, enhancement, and bug testing. Able to get wide coverage in a short period of time. Building out quick automated sanity/smoke tests for different environments for quick environment health checks.

  ### 26. A straightforward but powerful test automation tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gretel V. | QA Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about mabl?**

The tool's simplicity and straightforwardness enable our organization to spend more time in carefully planning, analyzing, and prioritizing what needs to be automated and be able to automate and deliver the tests in a small amount of time. This way, the QA/Automation engineers are not only technical experts, but they are also well-versed in the business criticality of the different system functionalities. mabl also caters to varying levels of technicality of a QA/Automation engineer without compromising the quality of the output. A manual QA tester who does not have any technical background, a QA Engineer who has some level of technical knowledge, an Automation Engineer/Developer with an excellent technical background can all use the tool with varying approaches and styles but still come up with an effective and efficient automated test.

**What do you dislike about mabl?**

There are a few functionalities that we wish will become available in the tool to help address some of our challenges. But the mabl Support and mabl Engineers have been really helpful in identifying and providing workarounds that we could apply to solve some of the challenges we have encountered while using mabl.

**What problems is mabl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lack of automated regression suites in each team caused by the lack of technical expertise and test automation background of the QA Engineers in the organization. Using mabl and adopting the standards of the organization, we were able to develop a test automation framework that had made it a lot simpler for each team to adopt test automation,

  ### 27. MABL - New Age Automation Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mahesh C. | Automation Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2021

**What do you like best about mabl?**

Below are the critical features of MABL:
1. Brilliant record and playback feature.
2. Genius provision to add quick assertions.
3. JS snippets available to script independently on the available features.
4. Excellent auto-heal feature and feasibility to exclusively turn it off or on for each step.
5. Rapid test results with parallel execution.
6. Significance of content changes using Visual Testing.
7. Readiness of multiple environments for the same base scripts.
8.Convenience of environment-level variables.
9. 24x7 Support. A huge help in understanding the features and support on complex scenarios.

**What do you dislike about mabl?**

The following could help Mabl user better:
1. Marking whole plan as fail for few failures. It's alarming. Process should be different from Dev deployment to Testing application. Failures are inevitable!!
2. Having no ability to add or remove tests from plan in bulk.
3. No ability to filter failures. Auto categoring the failure based on previous results.
4. False positives w.r.t auto-heal, visual testing alert.

**What problems is mabl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Switching regions using Region flag. Thus, expanding test coverage other than the base region.
2. Time-saving in running plans, debugging reports.

  ### 28. A simple and friendly automation tool to cover everything you need

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2021

**What do you like best about mabl?**

Every test can be assured by doing simple assertions, Mabl helps a lot to cover all smoke tests necessary for my app, and no matter the amount of tests the tool tells me how much coverage I have for my system displayed in simple graphs.

**What do you dislike about mabl?**

Mabl has plugged with Microsoft Teams, Azure DevOps, but it does not have any integration with Team Foundation Server as it does with JIRA. It would help for projects that work entirely with Microsoft tools

**What problems is mabl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've covered almost the 90% of my functional manual test cases and 100% of my smoke tests for multiple web apps inside the company. Besides, it reduced the time of manual test cases in which the QA team may resolve all regression tests in 1 day in which manual testing took more time in the past

  ### 29. Mabl Experience

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2021

**What do you like best about mabl?**

I like the Mabl record and playback feature and low code feature. It can be implemented with a quick turnaround. I always enjoy the low code feature for other non-technical QA to use the tools as well. Support is excellent gets your questions answered the same day.

**What do you dislike about mabl?**

Some of the features are not there yet for the user who wants to customize their test cases. For example, loop within a loop or flow within a flow. Feature to extract a value based on XPath is not there yet but can be accomplished by JavaScript.

**What problems is mabl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We started the Automation tool from scratch, and Mabl helped us with the initial framework and got the ball rolling. We are creating automation for our regression suite.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ana A. | Digital Marketing Campaign Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2020

**What do you like best about mabl?**

MABL was very easy and fast to use. By moving from open source JS libraries to MABL, we have increased productivity with SDET, a key barrier to access to automation that does not meet robust testing, and with ML Minimal Care is used to identify and identify items identify. Compare previous basic posts.

**What do you dislike about mabl?**

Mabel may not be able to create some complex features for user functionality that require us to document JS behavior or contact Mabel Support. Test time is also slower than selenium-based tests.

**What problems is mabl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, writing and working with the Selenium Core Foundation test, which failed to do a new E2E test for the new features it developed, took a long time. With Mobl, we can write tests quickly to keep up with the new interface.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Don P. | QA Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2019

**What do you like best about mabl?**

MABL was extremely easy to use and get up to speed on. By switching to MABL from open source JS libraries we have eliminated a huge barrier to entry into automation, increased productivity with non-SDETS contributing robust tests, and minimized maintenance with the ML used to identify objects and comparing to previous baselines.

**What do you dislike about mabl?**

MABL is young, and organization of journeys could be better but its not horrible.

**Recommendations to others considering mabl:**

We found that the monthly cost far out weighed the added costs we'd have to pay for a SDET or developer alone, let alone the savings in maintenance over our existing code only solution. Give it a try an see the ease of use.

**What problems is mabl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are minimizing hosted infrastructure for automated tests by having it all live in the cloud. We've also maximized contribution by all staff with the codeless automation. Maintenance of test cases is less as well.

  ### 40. Easy-to-use UI Automation tool

Occasionally steps in trainer mode don't replay as smoothly as I would like. By this I mean, sometimes things fail in trainer mode which would pass in run mode.

**What problems is mabl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating automated test suites.
Reduced production deploy test time by automating post-deploy tests
