"Revolutionizing UX Research and Usability Testing"

What do you like best about Lyssna?

Lyssna has been fantastic for interview recruitment. I love how simple the interface is, how straightforward it is to set up any test or survey, and how simple it is to specify demographics you need. Sharing and analyzing results is simple with the tagging system and AI summaries, which are incredibly helpful for organizing research findings and filtering through open-ended responses. I love that Lyssna is constantly adding new features, enhancing its usability. They're very receptive to feedback and have even implemented one of my suggestions I made on their dedicated Slack channel once. The best part is that Lyssna is specially made for UX research and so it covers bases and specializes in UXR particular use cases that other software does not. What do you dislike about Lyssna?

The only thing that's occasionally difficult is that there are certain demographics that I need to talk to that don't have many panel members listed under them yet. I wish Lyssna would do a better job of reaching out to existing panel members and inviting them to update their profiles as new categories are added for things like hobbies, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Lyssna for usability interview and unmoderated testing recruitment and test distribution. The program makes it incredibly easy to make and distribute a variety of UXR tests types.
