I like lync me, because new notifications directly appear on screen. It is also possible to chat and communicate between several recipients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I dislike about lyncme is old notifications. Sometimes I need to check old discussions. It is not visible and I have to find it in mail, in chat history. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
