What do you like best about LupaSearch?

The LupaSearch team is exceptionally customer-oriented. The implementation process was incredibly smooth, and the integration with our platform was seamless. The system's speed, intuitive autocomplete, and smart recommendations significantly enhance our user experience.

What truly sets them apart is their ongoing support. They don't just finish the integration and leave; the team remains actively involved, providing continuous insights and data-driven recommendations on how to further improve our search performance throughout our partnership. Additionally, we have full control over search results—allowing us to manually adjust rankings for seasonality or specific business needs. By tracking "no-result" queries and utilizing the team’s ongoing insights, we've significantly improved product findability and our overall conversion rates. What do you dislike about LupaSearch?

Because LupaSearch offers so much flexibility and so many advanced features, it can be challenging for a non-technical administrator to master all the settings right away. It takes time to understand how to configure everything perfectly.
