While the technical performance is top-notch, I’d like to see more advanced usage reporting and sub-account management features within the dashboard. For a real estate group, having the ability to generate automated monthly reports tagging bandwidth usage to specific property IDs or regional projects would significantly streamline our internal bookkeeping. Also, while their support is fast, adding more boilerplate implementation examples for modern backend stacks would speed up our engineering team's integration efforts during new project launches.
