Lulu Ledger has helped me organize my real estate business and finances in a manner I didn’t think was possible before. Prior to Lulu, I relied on spreadsheets, receipts, and my own memory to tie transactions and expenses to specific clients. Now, with Lulu, I can see my deal pipeline in front of me, track potential business, and view my expenses in real time. I’m also able to connect expenses to specific deals, scan and upload expense and marketing receipts directly to the transaction/deal, and easily send my tax accountant the information he needs at any point during the year. I’ve never been able to stay this organized in my decade-plus in real estate. All other Financial organization platforms just seemed too expensive and complex and I just gave up using them.
