It gives us a clear overview of what our customers are searching for and where we have search gaps. The AI-powered recommendations have also noticeably boosted our conversion rates and order value. While the tool is powerful, some advanced features are still buried deep in the menus and can be hard to locate. The user interface would benefit from better navigation and a more intuitive layout. Sometimes it feels like you need too many clicks to perform simple adjustments, so a bit of UI/UX polishing and better search within the admin dashboard itself would go a long way.
