I like that LuGo-Test allows me to add my own questions and choose from a list of existing questions, making it easy to share them between teams. The feature where an AI assistant can rate the questions added—including free text coding questions—is relatively good. I really like it because I want to see a candidate's coding abilities without forcing him to write code that compiles or is syntactically correct, I just want to see that they get the gist.
