What do you like best about Lucky Orange?

Lucky Orange has made it easy to track how users navigate our website, including which events they interact with and which products they click on or view the most. It has helped us prioritize our top-selling products and use our ad spending more effectively, instead of relying on guesswork like we did before using Lucky Orange. What do you dislike about Lucky Orange?

If there’s anything I could say I dislike, it’s only that I don’t have enough time in the day to go through it as often as I’d like. My browser tab is always open on Lucky Orange. I’ve honestly fallen in love with it, and I don’t know what I would have done without it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lucky Orange solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has solved my ad spend problem. I used to run so many simulations and ad tests on a product that I thought could become a best seller. However, after my first test run with Lucky orange, I started noticing the heat maps, which pages customers visit, and how long they spend on each one. It gave me a clear view of how quickly most clients shifted to other products that were more appealing. Once I realized that, I was able to maximize my ad spend because I no longer run ads on products that aren’t eye-catching. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
