What do you like best about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite?

how interactive are the shapes and how responsive is their use. I used it mostly to create maps for our new and old procedures and I think this is the best solution available at the moment. Also their library of shapes and icons it's quite big. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
