I primarily use Lucid Collaboration Suite to plan work within our team, breaking large epics down into tasks and using it for end-of-sprint retrospectives. Lucid has a whole raft of features that make this process easy and even enjoyable, which helps us collaborate effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The biggest downside is that if someone on my team doesn’t log in, they get assigned a random username, which makes it a bit harder to tell who’s doing what. Also, a user can only be assigned to five boards before they need an account, so occasionally I’ll come to a meeting and someone can’t contribute because they haven’t signed up properly and their license still needs sorting out.
