I like it because it has a pretty simple-looking UI. It’s very straightforward and beginner-friendly, so new users can integrate with it easily. The second thing I like most is its creativity in generating workflows and charts, which is really awesome. The free tier also gives great results and offers sufficient usage for my needs. I also like its speed—how quickly it creates workflows or charts. I tried Gemini and ChatGPT before to create workflows, but they felt less effective and more time-consuming, while Lucid Chart makes the process much faster and less time-consuming. Although most things about Lucid are very, very good, sometimes it generates weird diagrams and flowcharts. For example, I give one type of prompt and it creates a different type of diagram. This has only happened twice since I started using it, but it was still confusing. Also, in some diagrams, one part becomes very large while another part is very small, and adjusting or editing the layout is very difficult.
