Ease of use and integration with Microsoft Teams and Asana which my team uses. They can capture time from anywhere. I've been a paying customer for 3+ years and recently, forgot to reduce the licence as a team member had left. TimeNEye charged me for some extra licence but, when I mentioned it, they immediately refunded the extra payment. I cannot fault them for taking the extra payment as I forgot to amend the system.
