Office Timeline Pro really does make it easy to create a project Gantt chart that makes sense to the audiences I am trying to persuade. And as the audience can assimilate and interact with my plans, I also get buy-in and approval. It's not easy when a project won't fit on a single PPT page. I find it easier to create two different timelines. It would be helpful if there was a way to auto-scale to one page.
