I have worked in PE/VC start-up for many years, and have needed partners like Lucas James Talent Partners to helps us with our rapid people growth plans. Everytime I have worked with LJTP, they knock it out of the park for us, helping us hire many tough to fill roles, in niche market segments. Anyone within my company who works with Lucas James Talent Partners, loves working with them. The LJTP does the heavy lift for us when it comes to managing talent acquisiton for us. Recently, we had a role open for nearly 4 months, within 3 weeks of contracting with them, they quickly understood the problem, brought several extremely well qualified candidates to the table, allowing us to find a terrific leader to truly hit the ground running.
