What do you like best about LRS Output Management?

LRS helped us collapse 20+ print servers down to 2 servers (1 active, 1 passive) Centralized output management from 1 console Being in healthcare, the LRS transform has been so helpful to manage Epic print without the need of print drivers Being a VDI shop, VSPA (Virtual Session Printer Agent) is a key component to helping manage print across 9000+ virtual desktops MFPSecure has enabled our users to print confidential or sensitive output in a secure manner helping to eliminate abandoned print Affiliate Printing has enabled the organization to securely print over the Internet from some of our business partners LRS console is easy to navigate so it has been helpful in training our team Above LRS having a great solution, LRS customer/technical support has been exceptional; developed a great business relationship with the LRS team Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LRS Output Management?

No negative feedback about this solution at this time; if I had to state a "possible" dislike, it would be the cost of the solution.......but "you get what you pay for"! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LRS Output Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

- Being in healthcare, printing is mission critical, the LRS solution has been a highly reliable system and has helped us avoid downtime which has given us the peace of mind that a prescription, lab order, after visit summary will be delivered to our patients in a timely manner. - Many of our workers shifted to work from home during and after the Covid pandemic, the VSPA (Virtual Session Printer Agent) feature allows us to quickly enable folks to print from home back to a network printer in the office Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
