I like the user interface and the fact that it's visually easy for me to work within Loxo. It keeps me organized, and everything about it works really well. I appreciate how it helps manage my candidate pipeline, find candidates, and organize the outreach for those candidates. The analytics and statistics allow me to see how it's working, and it gets me out in the market quicker. The initial setup was very easy, and it has a lot more features compared to the old ATS we used. I am also very impressed with the Support team , including the AI version . Very prompt in responding, very patient and very willing to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Loxo? Some of the searching is a little bit clunky in Loxo. The Loxo source and even the new AI they put together isn't really accurate in a lot of ways compared to what I'm used to. They could definitely help me with that a little bit more. There are a couple of issues every now and then with having to sign in and sign out, just like little technical things. When I do searches through the Loxo portal, the results aren't as good as when I use Sales Navigator, which is very accurate. The AI portion seems like it just pulls from one or two sources and feels kinda random. I think they can make it better if they give you a chance to describe a little bit better what you're looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Loxo solving and how is that benefiting you? Loxo helps me recruit salespeople by managing my candidate pipeline and organizing outreach. It provides helpful analytics, keeping me organized. However, the searching can be clunky, and the AI isn't always accurate. Despite these issues, it's been working very well overall.
